China announces stimulus plan to revive economic growth

 

China has announced a sizable increase in its government debt issuance to support its local governments, its low-income citizens, the property market and state banks' capital.

Finance Minister Lan Foan said on Saturday that the country will issue 2.3 trillion yuan (€297 billion or $325.5 billion) in special bonds in the next three months to boost the economy.

 

I agree completely that we need a worldwide fiscal stimulus but that does not generate any carbon dioxide*.

 

* Carbon dioxide (CO2) is a colorless, non-flammable gas that is a vital part of Earth's atmosphere and has many uses. It is a greenhouse gas that makes the planet habitable. However, rising levels of CO2 are causing global temperatures to increase. It is essential for life as long it doesn't passes the 280 parts per million (ppm). But we have now, may 2022, 421 ppm, way to much but there are still to many politicians that do not want to hear from it. And not just chinese and US citizens. The deniers are all over the world.
